π§ Coming soon β in developmentHeal the ocean, one creature at a time. A 2D underwater caretaker adventure β no combat, no killing, only care.
The game
The ocean isn't your enemy. It's your patient.
Mira the Medic is a 2D underwater caretaker game. You play Mira, a former marine biologist who walked away from an industry that wanted to experiment on animals β and bought a rundown beach house on a coast the world forgot.
Dive vertically into the ABYSSAL, rescue wounded animals from the depths, bring them back to your pier sanctuary and heal them with your own two hands. Fund it all by hauling up the ocean's trash.

One in-game day
The Core Loop
Morning at the base, a dive into the deep, patients on the table, and a sanctuary that grows a little every night.
1. Dive
Descend into the ABYSSAL while your oxygen drains.
2. Rescue
Calm panicked creatures and free them from nets and hooks.
3. Heal
Hands-on treatment at the healing table β scalpel, tweezers, syringe.
4. Release
Watch each patient swim home. Every one has a name.
5. Recycle
Turn ocean trash into Shells, the sanctuary's currency.
6. Upgrade
Better tanks, deeper dives, a growing sanctuary.
Why it's different
A game about care, not conquest
Inverse Predation
No combat. No killing. The βenemiesβ are injured animals you must calm and heal.
Vertical Deep-Sea Exploration
Swim deeper and deeper through five zones, managing oxygen and pressure the whole way down.
Hands-On Healing
Real tools on a real table β cut nets, pull hooks, clean oil. Not abstract menu minigames.
Eco-Economy
Fund the sanctuary by cleaning the ocean. Trash becomes currency. Pollution becomes progress.
10,000 meters of wounded world
Five zones stretch between the sunlit Shallows and the absolute black of the ABYSSAL β each with its own light, its own creatures, and its own scars.
Your patients
15 creatures. Zero enemies.
From a clownfish with plastic in its mouth to a legendary guardian fused with crystal β every patient has a name, a story, and a release cutscene.
// about this website
Built by a web developer trying out the game niche
Full transparency: I'm not the game's developer β I'm a web developer who's dipping into the game niche, you know how it is. I found Mira the Medic (a solo-dev Godot project by yivani), fell for the premise of a game where nothing gets killed, and decided the best way to try this space was to build the ocean a proper home on the web.
Everything on this site β the parallax pier, the dive page, the creature wiki β is built with Next.js around the game's actual pixel art and design documents.
π§ The game itself is still in developmentβ Mira the Medic is coming soon. No demo or release date yet, so don't expect too much just yet.
